Enabled Report form submit button when area or location updated.

On other versions, you were not able to subimt a Report with a Report Area attached if there were missing requiered fields in the Report. In this new release the submit button enables as soon as you have the report area.

Populated field set date-time fields enable event form to be submitted.

In This new release, you will be able to populate the field set date-time fields and submit the report.

Fixed - Report forms with fields of format date were sent as text fields on mobile and as dates on web, now the date format renders with Date/Time picker.

Fixed - Collection titles now are linked together so it no longer display over the submit button.
