EarthRanger Web is designed to be lightweight and accessible across a wide range of devices and environments, especially in field and remote settings. While there are no strict hardware or software requirements, here are some recommended guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.

    EarthRanger is optimized for Google Chrome. For the best performance and compatibility, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome as your default browser.
  • Device Compatibility:
    EarthRanger runs on most modern laptops, desktops, and tablets. While it is accessible on mobile devices, we recommend larger screens for map-based features and data entry tasks.
  • Internet Connection:
    A stable internet connection enhances real-time updates, map loading, and syncing of data.
  • Suggested System Specs (for optimal performance):
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum; 8 GB or more recommended for heavy multitasking or when using multiple integrations.
