What to include in your message

The more context you can share, the faster we can help. Where possible, include:

1. What happened — A brief description of the problem and what you expected to happen instead.
2. Where it happened — The name of the Route or Connection involved, and the technology it uses.
3. When it happened — The approximate date and time, including your timezone.
4. What you saw — Any error messages, screenshots, or entries from the Activity Logs.
