To create a Route, you'll only need to follow these simple steps:
- Select a data provider.
- Configure the data provider.
- Connect a destination on the Route’s flow map.
Step 1: Select a Data Provider
Start by navigating to the Routes section and click on Create Route.
From the list of supported technologies, you can:
- Search or browse to find available integrations.
- Select the technology you’d like to integrate.
- View details about requirements, setup steps, and configuration instructions.

Choosing the Right Method
- Check the supported technology list first. If your device is listed, this is the simplest option.
- If not supported, consider whether the system can push data via webhooks or via an API implementation.

Step 2: Configure the Data Provider
You'll be prompted to enter:
- Route Name: A descriptive name to identify this Route within Gundi.
- Route Workspace: Determines ownership and visibility of the Route.
You may also need to complete the required fields (marked with an asterisk *) and optionally configure additional parameters to set up the data provider. Refer to the documentation available on the right side of your screen for guidance on how to complete this step.
Select Next to continue. Gundi creates the Route and opens its flow map, where you connect a destination.
