Part of the TrapTagger integration.
TrapTagger sends camera-trap detections to EarthRanger through Gundi. For these detections to appear as reports in EarthRanger, your site must have an event type whose Value matches the identifier the integration uses. This article shows you exactly how to set it up.

The Value must match traptagger_integration exactly. If it
doesn't, TrapTagger events will not be created in EarthRanger.
How to configure the event type
- In your EarthRanger site, create a new event type.
- Give it a Display Name of your choice.
- Set the Value to
traptagger_integration. - Assign a Category, Geometry Type, and Default Priority.
- Click Save.
