Integration Requires Assistance
This integration requires assistance from our support team for setup and configuration. Please contact our support team at support@earthranger.com and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything is set up correctly.
We are actively working to make this integration self-service in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Prerequisites
- Information about the devices connected to The Things Network (brand, model).
- Information about the data sent by these devices. Our team can help in exploring the data.
- Access to Things Network
Configuration in The Things Network
- Group your devices using “Applications”. For integration purposes, we strongly recommend grouping devices by brand or model. If this is not possible, please contact our team.
- To integrate the devices within a TTN Application, select the application and navigate to “Webhooks”.
- Click on +Add webhook.
- Select Custom webhook.
- Write a Webhook ID (e.g.,
gundi-webhook
) - Select

as the Webhook format - Type
https://hooks.gundiservice.org
as the Base URL - Add two header entries:
- apikey. Value provided by the Gundi Team.
-
x-gundi-integration-type. Value:
generic_webhooks
Example:

- Select the box for Uplink message
- Click on Add webhook.
Next Steps
- Wait for the devices to transmit data.
- Work with the Gundi Team to validate the integration.
Data Delivery
The time it takes for data to appear in your destination system depends on several factors, such as latency introduced by the source, network conditions, and intermediary systems. While these factors may vary, Gundi typically checks for available data at scheduled intervals (approximately every 10 minutes).
If data is not available in your system after this interval, please check the source of the data for its availability. If the issue persists, contact our Support team for assistance.
