After your site upgrades to EarthRanger Identity, you manage your own sign-in. Your password belongs to you so no administrator can change it on your behalf. 

Resetting a forgotten password 

If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen using your email address.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the EarthRanger sign-in screen and enter your email address.
2. Select Reset password
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email. 
4. Click the link in the email and follow the steps to set a new password.

Signing in to multiple EarthRanger sites 

If you have access to more than one EarthRanger site and both have upgraded to EarthRanger Identity, this becomes your single sign-in. Enter your email address on the sign-in screen and EarthRanger connects you to the sites you have access to.
