This integration for movement data requires assistance from the vSentinel Vibrant Global team to configure your account for data push to Gundi. 

Prerequisites

  • vSentinel Account.
  • Gundi API Key (Follow this guide to generate on).

Configuration in Gundi

Click Create Connection.

Select vSentinel Vibrant Global.

Select your Organization.

Enter a Connection Name (e.g., vSentinel Vibrant Global - AccountName).

Click Next.

Select a Destination. Please consult our guides.

Next Steps

Open your connection and go to the Overview tab.

Click the eye icon to reveal the API key, then copy it.

Send the API key to your vSentinel contact, requesting integration with Gundi.

Data Delivery

The time it takes for data to appear in your destination system depends on several factors, such as latency introduced by the source, network conditions, and intermediary systems. While these factors may vary, Gundi typically checks for available data at scheduled intervals (approximately every 10 minutes).

If data is not available in your system after this interval, please check the source of the data for its availability. If the issue persists, contact our Support team for assistance.
